Health and Well-Being
We offer competitive medical insurance benefits that are designed to be attractive, affordable and provide protection to you and your family. The Company pays the majority of the premium for medical coverage and employees contribute the remainder through pre-tax payroll deductions. Additional premium discounts are available to employees who participate in certain wellness initiatives. The plan(s) available to each employee depend upon where they are geographically located.
Dental coverage is available through Delta Dental. Coverage includes preventive, restorative and diagnostic care as well as orthodontic services for children.
Participants may choose Vision Service Plan for coverage of periodic exams, eyeglasses, or contact lenses, and discounted laser vision correction.
OneNeck provides Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance coverage in an amount equal to the employee's annual salary. Employees may also purchase additional coverage for self, spouse/domestic partner and/or other eligible dependent children.
In addition to sick days, OneNeck provides Short and Long-Term Disability coverage at no cost to the employee.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Tax-free accounts are available for qualified dependent care and/or healthcare expenses.

Five personal days are granted annually. New employees receive personal days in accordance with the quarter in which their start date falls.
In most instances, sick time can be used during a personal medical disability or personal medical appointments. It can also be used when caring for an ill dependent child or parent.
The following are paid holidays observed by OneNeck: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
OneNeck encourages employees to lend their time and support to local volunteer programs. Eligible employees are paid up to four hours per quarter for Being Good Citizens.
Saving for Retirement
The OneNeck retirement plan assists employees in building a solid foundation for retirement. The 401(k) plan provides a company match of 100% on the first 3% and 40% on the next 2% of employee's salary deferrals. The Plan allows employees to contribute on both a before-tax and Roth after-tax basis. Employees (age 21 or older) are eligible to enroll in this plan after 30 days of continuous service.

Full-time employees with one year of service are eligible for 75% tuition reimbursement (within an annual limit) for continuing education in a work-related degree program, assuming a minimum grade level is achieved.
To help financially assist employees with the adoption process, OneNeck will reimburse up to $5,000 for qualified adoption-related expenses.
Work/Life Assistance Program
OneNeck offers a work/life assistance program that provides confidential support, resources and information for personal work-life issues at no charge to the employee or their dependents.
